My Students
I teach 20 third graders this year. They love to read, dance, and listen to music. My third graders enjoy using computers and working on the internet.
They enjoy reading a variety of text, articles, and plays. Hands-on science activities are their favorite this year. They love to teach others and make how-to videos.
We live in a rural community and are a Title I school. Our school is close and we are all committed to the success of our students.
My Project
Next year our social studies standards are changing. We will be studying world geography. These materials will help my students learn about the seven continents and different countries around the world.
We will read stories about different countries, traditions, and see vivid pictures of these places. Students will enjoy the books about Bella and Harry traveling the world. They will enjoy the travel guides and learning about different places around the world. I cannot wait to go on many adventures with my student's next year. Please help fill my classroom with some geography from around the world!
