My students need dissecting kits for dissecting hands-on experiment. The different tools will help them learn the internal structures and understand more about the systems of the body.
My students are eager to learn, active, passionate, inquisitive and funny. Having support from people who care about their future will motivate them to do good in and out of the class.
I have a diverse group of students with unique and amazing personalities.
They are always trying their best to learn new things. What a better way to prepare them for high school and college by providing materials that will help them explore, discover, cooperate, and understand the multi-faceted subject Science!
My Project
Frog dissection is a very good project because the activity provides an overview of the organ systems of a complex living. My students enjoy hands on learning and collaborative activities as application of Science concepts learned in class.
The dissection kits in my site are limited, old, and others need repair.
Many of my students look forward to dissecting as their biggest project. Students will work as a team building teamwork and social skills. They will also motivated to develop self-confidence in experiencing their biggest experiment in Life Science class. Many of my students are interested in becoming a doctor, veterinarian, surgeon, cardiologist, and the likes and this experiment will lead them to the right path.
