My Students

I teach an eager group of students with a thirst for knowledge.

Each day they walk into class looking forward to a new educational adventure.

My students are a very energetic and inquiring bunch, and they love to use all of the resources provided to them in our classroom.

I have a class of 19 third grade students in a rural, Title I school. My students love having a place to call home when at school as some of them don't get that luxury at their own home.

My Project

Lakeshore Learning STEM bundle will help my students' skills in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, design, critical thinking, problem-solving, mastering 21st-century skills, cooperative learning and perseverance. Lakeshore Learning Building Brick STEM Challenge boosts STEM skills as students complete one hands-on challenge after another.

This bundle integrates STEM into our curriculum and will help my students explore important concepts with a hands-on approach.

Students in my class need the opportunity to experience these real-world challenges as they may never have the opportunity to elsewhere. My third graders are constantly dreaming of the future and making big goals. Providing these STEM resources will help my students apply what they are learning to real-world careers.
