Exploring Our Sensational Science and Sensory Development

Help me give my students a sensational sensory and science experience. My students will experience positive sensory and science development by using Roll & Race! Activity Ramp and the Sensory Beads Lacing Set.

My Students

Our goal is to provide our students with as many hands-on learning experiences in a positive social and emotional environment. The child care center is housed in a rural high poverty area in Northern Wisconsin. Serving the needs of approximately 50 children.

Our children love learning and exploring around them.

Children are provided with many unique opportunities to explore their environment to help them to learn and grow into unique individuals. Through these opportunities, they are able to develop their social/emotional skills, language, and fine/large motor skills.

My Project

When using the Roll and Race Activity Ramp, my students will be able to work on their observation skills roll objects down the types of inclines. They will be able to see how the different textures make things roll at different speeds and actions.

The Sensory Bead Lacing Set will help the children feel the different texture as they put them on the string.

They will be able to march and group the different beads to form patterns. The children will be able to explore and enhance their science experience with the Super-Safe Color Viewers and The Super-Safe Magnifiers. The viewers will help them to see how things change as they look through the viewers.
