Help me give my students a chance to be comfortable in the classroom with flexible seating and help my students to be organized and feel confident with having supplies that work well for them.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students live in a low income area. My students are intelligent, devoted, and determined to better themselves. I have watched my students grow year to year because of determination, support, and love that they receive at home, as well as in school. I am one of their biggest fans. My students need to know that others believe in them. When my students witness the kindness of others, it helps them be kind to each other as well as to other adult figures that impact their lives.
My Project
Flexible seating is crucial to some of my students success. The flexible seating will allow my students who need to bounce and move while working will have a huge impact on their success with n the classroom. The writing folders are a great resource for my students to see the progress in their writing. My students love to see themselves grow. The privacy folders will help my students stay focused on their individual work and not worry about what the other students are doing around them. This is a great opportunity for my students to stay on task. The materials will ensure success in my classroom.
