Help me give my students the opportunity to see the world and try new things, all from inside our classroom with these Google Expedition Virtual Headsets!

I am a technology teacher and have the honor of teaching 1300 amazing students in K-5th grades in Birmingham, Alabama. My students come from a Title 1, low-income school district and are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom.
Despite the many challenges they face, my students are still eager to learn and love to explore their creativity while trying new things.
I want to be able to bring engaging, hands-on learning exploration to my classroom so that my students can grow and expand their horizons!
The opportunities that virtual reality present in a classroom are endless: from creating experiences that relate to their course work, exploring lands they read in a book, traveling to landmarks they’re learning about in history, or even exploring foreign places like outer space! Students will be given an opportunity to go to places they may never get to see in real life.
As hard as I try to relate student learning to real life, it is difficult for children to completely understand the world around them without being able to experience it in real time.
VR goggles have the potential to bring lessons to life and help students experience the world around them in a new way.
Having access to VR goggles will provide opportunities to my students that many will never get to experience. They will understand new concepts through the use of these goggles and it will encourage students to be more critical thinkers and will push them to higher levels of understanding.
