Help me give my students magnets to build their curiosity and figure out how the real world works. This will provide enough magnets to lead my class through the exploration of magnets and spark curiosity.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are 24 diverse individuals that come from a variety of different economic backgrounds. At a school of about 650 students, 80% of the students receive free or reduced lunch. In our individual classroom, every day, we start our day using this chant, "Good, Better, Best....Never let it rest....Until your good is better and your better is BEST." My students know that being a learner and excelling at something takes hard work, practice, and dedication.
These students come to school every day and give their best effort towards learning.
Not only are they motivated learners, they are kind to others. Our class is doing a kindness project where we perform different random acts of kindness at home, at school , and in the community. Some things we have done are complimenting students each morning, and making cards for the people in the nursing homes during the holidays.
My Project
Both my students and I are passionate about science. We like exploring through experimenting and drawing conclusions. These magnet sets will allow each student to have a hands-on opportunity to make their own connections about how magnets work. These kits will build and help students challenge their phenomena and understanding. As the teacher, I will use these kits to introduce the unit on magnets and to engage my students by seeing how many paper clips each magnet can hold.
Once we experiment, we will read the text and develop the reasoning behind how magnets work.
Then, we will apply our learning to the real world to solve a problem.
