My Students
The children I teach are an incredible group of Gifted and Talented students. I serve third, fourth, and fifth grade GIfted and Talented students across our district in a pullout program once a week.
My students are motivated, creative, and highly imaginative, and they learn with an intensity that is incredible to behold.
These immensely innovative student leaders work in grade level groups to create projects to share with a worldwide audience. They come to me to work collaboratively and individually to prepare projects that are both digital and hands-on in an environment where there are no limitations, no boundaries, and they are given directives that allow them to create to the greatest extent of their own abilities and imaginations.
My Project
When asked about their favorite experiences this year in TAG, the overwhelming response was ROBOTICS! We aim to please next year with EVEN MORE robotics! We have SIX LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 Kits, and we plan on expanding into the world of competition.
We need this Expansion Kit for our LEGO EV3 in order to help our TAG students stand out, innovate more, and build depth and complexity in their designs, without being limited by resources available to them in our current kits!
