My Students

My students, like nearly every other child, love to play games, especially video games. With the latest technologies at their fingertips, they eat up every moment they are allowed to use their phones or Chromebooks to assist them with their tasks and assignments at school.

My students love to be active, so it is very important that I find a way to engage them in every class from their academic classes to PE & fine arts classes.

We are a small school, growing at a rapid pace, serving kids pre-K to 12, many of which are from low income families.

My Project

As a norm, there are a handful of students that do not get the exercise they need because they are not interested in the activities offered in PE.

With the VirZoom Virtual Reality Exercise Bike, interest is not only sparked, it is enhanced with much needed movement!

Students can battle in a tank, fly on a Pegasus, race in the Tour de France, and much more. Just imagine how this change in what it means to exercise will affect these kids. The information age kids can get their daily dose of exercise in while they tap into awesome video games.
