Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom consists of 20 English language learning students that come from low socioeconomic homes. My students love to listen to stories and are very curious about their surroundings. They enjoy drawing and express it in their journals. They love to color and illustrate about what they are learning in class. It is hard to stop them from doing their work because they are so focused on their creation. It is hard to take them away from their creativity when they have to illustrate or write about what they are learning.

My Project

Provide my students with these pencils, erasers and pencil grips to help them enjoy writing in their journals or any written assignments. They will use the crayons and markers to make their creative illustrations more colorful and attractive. All the supplies listed will enhance their exciting creative side so that they can become the best artist they can be.

Every time they sit down and begin to draw with their new pencils , crayons and markers they will show a an exciting smile and their imagination will be turned on.

Make their artistic talents be used to enhance their learning and their oral language as well.
