This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Imagine, if you will, students actually eager to get to their physical education class to exercise their options of being healthy, feeling physically and mentally fit. That is my classroom. My students are eager and look forward to exercising under my coaching.

My students are from different cultures, ethnicity's, and religions.

They attend our school which has no budget for updating and enhancing the supplies necessary for our students well-being and hygiene. My students come to our school with the expectation of experiencing pleasant and enjoyable time in my class.

My Project

My students will use the mats I am asking about for their exercising time. Exercise is essential to children's health because it helps improve their brain function as well as their physical well-being. This will allow students to think better in their core subject classes.

My students will enjoy exercising with the new mats.

Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, kids who are physically fit sleep better and are better able to handle physical and emotional challenges.
