Exercise Balls Needed to Support & Enhance Learning

My students need 24 exercise balls to replace the "concrete" chairs they currently use. Research has proved that stability balls enhance and support learning better.

My Students

You all remember what it was like to sit on school chairs, don't you? They are hard and uncomfortable!

My third grade students are bright and active students who need help to reach their full potential.

The current chairs make it difficult for any child (or adult), regardless of their age, to work efficiently and stay focused. I also have a few children with ADHD who would perform much better with the help of an exercise ball.

My Project

Research has proved that exercise balls are more conducive to a learning atmosphere. The slight movement and bounce activates the brain to help the students focus and retain information more effectively. Research has also proved that 2 minute exercise breaks throughout the day will increase students test scores by 10%.

I would like to help my students achieve a love of learning, better test scores, and a healthier lifestyle through exercise.
