There is nothing to do! Teaching middle school physical education I hear those words daily. It is difficult to for physical activity to compete with video games, but I am here to try!

Teaching middle school health and physical education I regularly hear students say "there is nothing to do". It is my job to get them motivated and interested in physical activity. One way I would like to do that is by introducing a variety of activities to my students.

BlongoBall! What is it? How do I do it? BlongoBall would be a great way to introduce students to a new recreational activity that they may be able to use throughout their life! I plan on introducing BlongoBall to students as a lifetime activity during our cooperative games unit. This activity is a great way to get students to work together in an activity that they can easily participate in outside of physical education class.
