My Kindergarten kiddos are so curious and creative! They love finding creative ways to learn new things. I know the use of a light table will put another dimension to their creativity as well as encourage learning along the way! Using the translucent accessories will definitely peak their interest in building words to read and using numbers to build math skills.
This light table will be an awesome addition to my center time activities as it has several different ways to be used.
The light table can use translucent letters to make building and reading words exciting as well as drawing in sand to satisfy a sensory need. The whiteboard of the table gives my kids a different medium to use to draw and write pictures and words. The chalkboard side presents another sensory input for the kiddos that need to know the pressure they use on their writing tools.
With this curious group, I am look forward to see how my class will experiment to find new ways to "brighten up" their day! I especially can't wait to see the impact on their reading and math skills!
