My Students

My students are Brooklyn learners who come from Mexico, Albania, China, France and Egypt. They are discovering their skills as English Language Learners and have an amazing desire to work and learn. However, the biggest challenge is to effectively give them enough valuable resources.

My students need a printer.

We need to make copies and have to make do with our limited budgets. The ability to copy and create resources are basic but they assist the ENL learning process in the most basic way.

My Project

My students need a printer to share resources and work. Our only printer broke and we are left without the ability to duplicate, print and create new work. A printer will allow my students to be independent and share their work amongst each other. It will change how they evolve from one stage to another. Today’s printers do more than just print; they allow us to do so much. Having a functional printer helps resolve a lot of problems in the classroom. It allows us to share resources, scan materials, and duplicate worksheets so that each child can be continuously challenged. Please help my students have this ability again!
