Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My amazing 4th grade students are composed of a variety of backgrounds, including hearing impaired, SPED and BI students. They're all different in many ways which makes it more fun and challenging. They’re transitioning into the world of technology at such a young age, using all the available educational apps which promotes their learning in Reading, Math, Writing, Science and other areas. As well, practicing their typing and writing skills.
My students are preparing to dominate the future world of technology.
My Project
This iPad will enhance my students learning and enable endless opportunities to create hands-on learning experiences. It will reach more students with the many available animated apps and digital books geared towards their level and preference. Students will be reading more than anything while having fun which will enhance their literacy skills needed to succeed in all subject areas. Students will also practice their writing skills through fun playing and animations. As we’re heading towards the digitized era, the students need an iPad available at their finger tips.
