My students need arts and crafts materials as well as fine motor activities and dramatic play materials in order to help their creativity flow in their academic setting.

As a teacher in a Title I school, my students face many obstacles inside and outside the classroom .
Despite the challenges they face, I am hoping to create a safe place in our classroom and provide my students with exploratory learning experiences.
My amazing students are creative, clever and adventurous. They each have a way of life and can bring a smile to anyone's face. They love to dance, sing and play as well as read and explore new subjects. From the minute they walk in the door of our classroom, we focus on their independent potential and growth as well as their growth as individuals in a community.
My Project
We are hoping to incorporate arts and crafts into our daily routine next year by using a variety of materials such as the pipe cleaners and paint to create age appropriate art work.
The doctors office, pet vet center, create-a-burger and ice cream shop will help our students to explore their creative side as they explore our dramatic play center.
These items also help with fine motor skills and grasping materials. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase our student's fine motor and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their creativity and exploration of arts.
