Help me give my students accessories to create projects that open their imagination to endless creative possibilities. The Green Screen kit enables students to put themselves into any setting. Whiteboards help students share ideas collaboratively.
Third graders love to learn and my students are no different. My students are curious, busy collaborative learners. They love to share ideas, materials and projects. However, sometime students have difficulty with written expression and need a variety of ways to show learning. We are an inclusive classroom in a public school with a variety of students with special needs.
Our district does not provide a teacher budget for additional technology enhancements.
All monies for this type of project must be funded through grants and donations.
My Project
Adding a Green Screen Kit and collaborative whiteboards will help ALL learners brainstorm and share their learning in a creative way. Learning about clouds? Why not explain your knowledge while sitting on a cumulus cloud? Read a good book? Why not insert yourself into the illustrations to become one of the characters. Studying government? Why not present your learning in front of the White House?
Using a Green Screen enables students to become part of their learning in a highly motivating way.
There are so many students who struggle with writing. Multimedia projects are a great way to give all students a voice in sharing their learning.
