Help me give my students these books for them to develop a love for reading. The stories chosen are about students of their age adapting to school and will also teach them about handling social-emotional issues!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We are a dual language class in Texas, where the majority of my students are from low socioeconomic backgrounds, trying to maintain their native Spanish language and also learning English as a second language. We are trying to build a library in our classroom to have books readily available to read independently. It is hard to get books in Spanish that will suit our taste and reading level. The students are at a preteen age and most books are either too elementary or for older kids.
We are bilingual individuals wanting to create a love for reading and we are very interested in doing a novel study for the first time for many of us!
The class age average is 10 years old and we want topics that are not too childish, but adult topics are not of our interest either or too hard to read, in both Spanish and English.
My Project
In a Title I public elementary school is very difficult to conduct a novel study because there are no resources, nor money to get a single copy for each student. In a novel study, all the students read along at the same time and then proceed to make some deep work together and independently, too. It is important that they are able to see the text in order to learn the vocabulary and focus.
It is very important that each student can have a copy of the novel for them to read along, but also read at their own pace when they are loving the novel and get involved with the characters and situations within it.
Of course, the titles selected for this project are proven titles that are of the total likeness of 4th graders. I have also prepared worksheets, crosswords for vocabulary, and discussion questions to work on as we read the novels.
