This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning.

They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions!

We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!

My Project

All of the supplies in this list already have a home for the students. Although we are trying to go paperless with the virus, many students still learn better with a hard copy of the notes. The pencils and pens will be used by the students to complete the work each day. Some students unfortunately can not get these essential supplies without your help. The light will be used in an academic corner in my classroom that students can go to at anytime for additional help. Thank you for your consideration.
