My students need basic supplies for setting up the classroom for next year! We need a spinning wheel for prizes, ink for our printer and other essential items to make the year great!
I love to watch my students realize they are more than capable of learning. Many of my students struggle to learn at the quick pace of a regular education classroom. These students who have struggled with learning disabilities need a place to slow down and be successful learning, using their unique learning styles.
My students need to feel successful and develop a love for learning and academic achievements.
They would benefit from additional resources to help with their reasoning and processing skills. Training the brain to think is a necessary step in problem solving. To make my students successful, I am hoping to get materials that help them think and stretch their problem-solving skills and their worls views.
My Project
The materials and supplies that I am requesting for next year will jump start the year! My teaching partner and I have put together a list of items that will help us prepare for next year. We will use all of these items next year. We use lots of reward systems in our classroom to stay positive and keep kids motivated. I am requesting a spinning wheel for prizes along with library folder to keep their tickets in. Students will be given tickets and chances to spin the wheel when meeting and exceeding expectations. I am also requesting consumables that are not provided by the schools. We need ink for our printer, pens and mavelous tape for hanging posters on our wall, Play-doh for inside recess, and address labels for preparing student binders!
I am already excited about getting organized and preparing for next year.
