Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Please cheer us on as our Kindergarten class enters the new year! We are in dire need of school and art supplies for the upcoming months. We are into creating projects and displaying their creativity through the arts. We will be dabbling into seasonal art projects and creating bulletin boards of wonders with upcoming holidays and classroom celebrations as they mark certain milestones as Kindergartners! This would be a great joy to our class if someone would be able to donate these classroom and art supplies to us. It's hard sometimes to limit your class in completing certain tasks when simple supplies are not available. We will definitely send pictures and a truck load of thanks from the bottom of our hearts! I almost forgot to describe my class. We are 19 fabulous children in a bilingual, bicultural school in New York. The students come from all walks of life and cultures. This diversity is what makes our school a great one. That is why I am so passionate for these children to have the same opportunities children in well off schools may have in expressing themselves without feeling the angst of limitations.
