These IB students are preparing for their community service projects while making their last year in middle school as memorable as possible.
My Project
With these materials, boxes, locks, invisible ink pens, and UV lights, I will be able to create lessons that will have students engaged and practicing their collaboration skills. These tools will help me be more creative with my history lessons and think outside the box and have students experience fun inside the classroom.
Students will practice their collaborative skills by working in teams.
Time management will be a focus as they need to watch the clock as they decipher their clues, make inferences and conduct research in order to discuss information they find and figure out how it unlocks a new clue.
The classroom environment will be electric as students find a new connection as they engage in the topic we are studying.
