My Students

I teach seventh-grade social studies in a small rural school district. My students are active in their school and community life. I have some amazing students who love hands-on, high-interest learning activities.

My students benefit and enjoy opportunities that allow them to think critically, collaborate with their peers, and work on communication skills.

Using escape room activities will engage student learning, reinforce skills taught in class, and promote group collaboration in an exciting new way. Please consider supporting my amazing students!

My Project

Breakout EDU will make a difference in my social studies class because it takes something students enjoy like escape rooms and combines it with the content that they are learning in the class. It will also teach students important communication and collaboration skills since the students have to work together to solve the puzzles they are given.

Having fun is the best way to learn!
