Equipping the Kids with the Ultimate Gifts of Life!

My students need to each receive a copy of Ultimate Gift so that they will remember all the "gifts" that they have learned throughout the year and remember life is not about them, but is about serving others.

My 6th grade students are all "great", but they will be moving to being "extraordinary" individuals through their service to others and the community. I teach the book, The Ultimate Gift, to my classes which is about life lessons; ones that we as adults take for granted that our kids already know and/or will learn. Many of these children are at-risk and need this foundation to help guide them at this crucial time in their lives; becoming teenagers.

Because this is a project that I have taken on myself over the past two years, I have personally funded it on my own. At the end of the year, I give each student a $50 savings bond and copy of the book. Because of the current economic situation, I would appreciate help in getting the books funded so that this part of the project can be complete.

I need a copy of the book, The Ultimate Gift for each of my 85 students. This will benefit the students as a reminder when they leave my room that they are still accountable to make the right choices and help others.

Your help will ensure that my students see that the community does care about them and what they do. By you donating, it will solidify that they too will receive from the community when they put forth an effort to make it better.
