Help me give my students the 75" television for being able to watch film and instructional videos to help them develop as athletes. Also, help our flow and lifting environment to create an atmosphere to succeed.

It is constantly stated that iron sharpens iron, and in that process metal must be removed in order to sharpen the blade. This same process happens in a person's life. As we are sharpened, it can be painful and uncomfortable, but absolutely necessary. Our diverse student athletes need the equipment necessary to develop, motivate, and inspire them to be great. I am the Powerlifting Coach, and multiple student athletes use our facility. Our students will rise to the expectation and vision of their athletic programs, and we have to do everything within our power to provide the best that we can for them. Our students come from hard working families, and rural areas. There is a growing interest in lifting at our school, and the students are gaining confidence in themselves as they continue to see results. Confidence reduces bullying, builds self-esteem, and reduces stress. "Lifting also releases endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, which all are considered beneficial for pain relief and considered anti-depressants based on information from bodybuilding.com." Our students at Raymond High School deserve the best that we can offer because they have an extraordinary amount of unrealized potential.
Raymond High School has a large population of low income and minority students. We are in a rural area, and our students depend on our facilities to give them the best possible opportunities for improvement. We also have plans to use our facilities for health and wellness community outreach and educational programs. Our media room can be used for leadership, nutritional, and performance instruction. The weight room is also an area for the school to promote health and wellness through teaching proper lifting and programming to our students. In low income communities, it is of the utmost importance for the school to be an asset to the overall success of the people in our community.
The media room 75" television and pa speaker is for using the media room for leadership conferences, health and wellness meetings, athletic program instruction and preparation, and parent informational meetings.
the television will be used and pa speaker will be used for presentations, videos, and demonstrations. These items will allow us to use our media room to its fullest potential for our students, athletes, parents, and community.
The weight room is used by all athletic programs. the television and pa speaker will be used to show motivational videos during workouts to create an atmosphere that encourages athletes to push through the struggles of weight lifting and conditioning. The pa speaker will also have a microphone connected to allow the coach the ability to give clear commands and instruction which increases the safe environment for athletes.
