My students love to work collaboratively and use manipulatives to solve a problem. They love to be engaged in hands-on and minds-on learning. The Osmo Coding Game and Pizza Company are just the ticket!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
In this digital age, kids are interacting only with a touchscreen and they're spending less time engaging with others or their physical world.
My students need Osmo Pizza Co., which is an add-on to a technology system that bridges the physical and digital worlds by taking learning beyond the screen.
My Project
The Osmo Add-Ons Pizza Company and Coding that I am requesting promote social intelligence and creative thinking. Osmo uses groundbreaking reflective artificial intelligence technology and is the epitome of tangible play, as it introduces kinesthetic learning opportunities for developing minds and closes the gap between the digital and physical worlds. Osmo consists of a base and a red reflector. The reflector enables the iPad to read the environment in front of it, on the table.
Powered by Osmo's revolutionary Reflective AI technology, the reflector brings real-life actions and movements into the digital world on your iPad.
My students can cultivate their minds and creativity through Osmo's apps. They will be engaged in learning as creative engineers.
