Our school is an educational center of excellence that welcomes and encourages student curiosity, questioning, exploration, and growth! This year, I am excited to meet my talented students who, together as a classroom community, will contribute to the ongoing tradition of an "above and beyond" love for learning at our school.
I am anticipating a classroom of at least 25 students this coming fall, and I look forward to discovering how I can work with each of them in cultivating and contributing their talents and perspectives toward the goal of continued learning.
My Project
This year, one of my goals is to create a classroom environment conducive to student discovery and exploration. A huge part of that goal is to provide the resources necessary for my students to become pioneers for their learning, and one such goldmine can be found within the pages of books. Establishing a classroom library filled with a variety of books that appeal to student interests provides a pathway for exploring, going on adventures, asking questions, seeking solutions, drawing connections, and making meaningful discoveries. Through your support, students will cultivate and realize their love for reading throughout their literary journey!
