My class is made up of 18 inquisitive, creative, and amazing students who love to learn! They are a mixture of talent and creativity and thrive on hands-on enrichment opportunities within the classroom. They think critically and need to continue to grow and stretch their strengths even further than they could ever imagine.
Through curiosity, hands on activities, technology, and teamwork my students will become successful leaders which can lead them into a future of possibilities.
They enjoy collaborating, problem solving, and making memories to last a lifetime. My goal is to continue to challenge their minds, so they continue to use critical thinking skills. I am always looking for ways to challenge and inspire their creativity, leadership, and thinking out of the box when it comes to situations. These students hold our future in their hands, so I want to make sure I provide all that I can to help them succeed and reach their full potential!
My Project
My project is all about giving more access to technology in our classroom where students can engage in real-world research along with engaging activities. My goal is to always provide enrichment and critical thinking opportunities for my students. My class will be completing hands-on projects that will require research and creativity in presentation. There is so much to explore that I want to lead them to want to know more about a topic.
Students are inclined to learn more when there are choices presented within an activity.
The use of these tablets will allow my students to explore the variety of ways they will be able to research and complete a project. They will be able to use these for centers, critical thinking applications, research, and games to strengthen their skills. There are so many opportunities with these tablets that it can be limitless.
