Enriching students school experience through sports and arts is my goal.
My students are in a self contained EBD program and often miss out on classes such as art and phy ed.
They are craving enrichment activities but do not always get them at school. Also, My students often do not have the resources to get these activities at home or in the community.
My Project
My students need enrichment supplies such as games, basketballs, and art supplies. These materials will allow my students to experience enrichment activities like sports and art that most students get to enjoy. They also will be used to reinforce positive behaviors. The drawing supply kits will give my students pencils and sketch pads to express themselves artistically. There are also board games, activity books, and balls (footballs and basketballs) so my students will be able to experience team work and friendly competition both indoors and out. I also requested bags to keep these materials organized. These enrichment materials provide positive reinforcement and also make school more fun for my students which can change their prospectives towards education. By donating you are not only allowing these activities to be presented to the student but you are encourage improved behaviors.
These materials will make a unforgettable impact on my students lives.
