My students need design and play stem kits, markers, people color crayons, color pencils, markers,art paper, art frames, collage pots, ink pads and stamps.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students come to school every day ready to learn, be challenged and have fun! They love art! They very eager to share all of their art work! My goal is to give them as many art experiences that I can.
My school is a Title I school with students receiving free breakfast and after school daycare.
My class consists of ELD and SEL students who need extra help to access the curriculum. Although my students require extra help, they come to school every day ready to learn!
My Project
My students need art materials because I want to empower my students through art. With the markers, art paper, color pencils, and crayons that I have requested, my students will be able to engage in meaningful art lessons. I plan to have my students incorporate art into science with the Stem kits.
It is time to bring the arts back to elementary schools.
"Empowering students through art" is the goal for my classroom. They enjoy any chance they can get to express their creativity through art. With your donations to my project, my students will be able to see how the arts can be add to any subject to make learning fun.
