This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our 9th grade English class, I am dedicated to fostering growth and inclusivity for all of my students. To achieve this, me and my students need your help to provide essential resources:

Webcam with Built-in Microphone: Real-time closed captioning ensures that English Language Learners can fully engage in classroom discussions and activities, breaking down language barriers and promoting inclusivity.

Spare Laptop: Access to technology is crucial for modern education - With a spare laptop, we can guarantee that no student is left behind due to device limitations, promoting equity and equal opportunities for all learners.

Cozy Carpet for Flexible Seating: A comfortable and collaborative classroom environment encourages students to feel at ease and engaged in their learning. By offering flexible seating options, we promote creativity, collaboration, and a sense of ownership among students.

Classroom Essentials: Tissues, batteries, and other supplies are fundamental for maintaining a functional and comfortable learning environment. By providing these essentials to our students in Title I school, we show our dedication to meeting the practical needs of our students, cultivating a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.

By creating an inclusive learning environment with equitable access to resources, together, we will facilitate accelerated learning among all students. This ensures that every student, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to excel academically and experience personal growth. Through these efforts, we enrich the educational experience, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
