This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
LEGO play fosters engineering skills, fine motor skills, creativity, patience and perseverance, spatial skill development, planning and problem solving, and teamwork!
Having a designated LEGO table with storage in our room would allow the students to keep their creativity blossoming day after day!
I hope to create a space where my pre-K friends can freely explore and develop these valuable skills. Because of how young my students are, they learn best through play-based experiences. That is why I am asking for your help to create this LEGO space for my young scholars.
