My Students

My 3rd-grade students are highly motivated in reading and STEAM. This year, my students need new materials to enhance their learning. My class is hoping for new materials to aid them in their learning.

My highly creative readers, thinkers, designers,scientists, artists, and learners would welcome additional materials to read, learn, discover, create, design, and share their ideas in a flexible environment.

Our class needs more materials to express their creativity, imaginations, and aid in our STEAM activities specifically in technology and engineering and art.

My Project

This year, my students are learning about Forces of Motion, Magnets, and building a product to make life easier. They will have an exploration about how to make them travel faster down an incline.

With the Magnatiles and Tegu, students can prototype, build, and explore multiple times and build various projects to fit the Common Core standards.

Having materials that are hands-on will allow students to change and adapt their products as well as their learning.

Students will be able to use the machines or products they build to help show and explain Forces of Motion, and how their products work.
