My Students

I have a very diverse group of learners with big hearts and lots of courage! This year has brought us into the virtual classroom. They are so excited to see each other on the computer. I have found that they need that time to bond with one another and grow socially. Our class is much like a family. We have been through a lot together, and continue to grow because of it.

My Project

I'm going to use this to create more engaging lessons. I want them to enjoy coming to small groups at the computer. Teachers Pay Teachers offers several interactive games and projects for students to complete as a group.

I believe children learn best through games and actively participating.

My classroom is virtual, so I have the opportunity to work with kids in smaller groups without distractions. After targeting the specific skills each student needs, I'm going to group them based on that particular skill. With Teachers Pay Teachers, I will create lessons/games to address each one. This money will help me create an engaging and exciting classroom environment!
