My Project

My United States History scholars have already completed their introductory year of the American school system; this year will be all about learning how to apply new skills and strategies for obtaining new information to further analyze and answer questions so that they are successful in all aspects of their academic careers. We will be doing a lot of project-based learning alongside a curriculum that supports and fosters their language and strategy growth. Our students will be spending a lot of time developing visual charts. My students need notebooks, fidget toys, chair bands, and sensory tools to focus and participate more in class.

Having missed critical early years of education, these students have never had the opportunity to explore the basic history curriculum that their American peers have gotten.

I want to provide a calm and comforting environment for them to learn new information and skills.
