My Project

My school is one of four middle schools in the largest school district in New Hampshire. My students face many everyday obstacles that hinder their ability to learn, but they still come and give me their best during my Health class.

Many of my students are English Language Learners, coming as refugees to Manchester, and I need supplies to educate them in the way they need, such as maniplatives, coloring supplies, and books.

All of my students can learn from the health topics I cover by having manipulatives, engaging materials, and fun, easy-to-read books, not just my ELL students. Many students find having these materials makes class more engaging and fun.
