My Students
I have a diverse group of fifth-graders from various socioeconomic backgrounds and blended families. My students are smiley, silly, active, and kind.
Distance learning will be new for most of us and we are hoping for a few extra supplies to keep things connected, engaging, and content-rich.
Students will be required to spend ample time in front of computer screens and stay focused and organized. As a teacher, I need the tools to help them do so!
My Project
Teaching one-hundred percent virtually is an all-new venture for many teachers, and more importantly, learning one-hundred percent online is an all new challenge for students. Teachers and kids alike have accepted the challenge, both groups are putting in countless hours to make technology work and to "figure" things out. To help ease the burden of creating everything from scratch and pool creative resources from other expert teacher creators, we are hoping for a gift certificate for Teachers Pay Teachers to buy engaging activities and resources as needed by our class!
