Help me give my students an engaging and interactive Flocabulary subscription for the year!
This project expired on December 2, 2019.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach in a resource room with sixth grade students. I "pull out" students for language arts and math, and we work together in a small group setting to enhance and individualize our learning. There is a strong sense of community in our small class, and I do my best to make learning fun and interactive for my students each day!
Motivated, bright, and friendly are how I would describe my students.
They try their best and despite having some learning difficulties, they rise through challenges and never quit!
I love to give my students fun and engaging lessons every day! Using Flocabulary can enhance my lessons by using music and lyrics to help my students better understand mathematical and scientific concepts. It is a unique website that has educational musical videos that go with math, science, ELA, and social studies lessons!
Flocabulary increases critical thinking and retention in students.
By using music and lyrics, it can help students memorize and remember concepts and lessons they need to take tests and master certain skills. I love using Flocabulary in my classroom, and my students love it as well! I can use Flocabulary as an extension to lessons, and students are actually able to create their own lyrics and music to study for important tests. It is a great resource to have in a classroom.
