My Students
My students are from all over the world. As one of the full time English as a Second Language teachers, my classroom is filled with students from over 15 different countries. My students are inquisitive, eager, and appreciative. New projects and resources are always met with curiosity and excitement!
My Project
This year has been challenging for everyone. Students in my ESL classroom face additional challenges while learning remotely because oftentimes parents/guardians are unable to provide the extra support they need at home due to language barriers. Digital resources through Teachers Pay Teachers that are specifically designed for young learners would greatly help not only with keeping my students engaged in our daily learning, but they would also minimize the additional technical support my students typically need. With your support, I will be able to provide engaging content through the Teachers Pay Teachers site that requires minimal adult support in order to be sure my students are successful in continuing to learn English during this extraordinary situation.
