My Students

Hello Potential Donor. Thank you for visiting my teacher's page. I am a kindergarten teacher at a large Title I elementary school. My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but each one comes to school eager to learn. We have so much positivity in our school and our classroom that it is nearly tangible. My students struggle with school but each one tries so hard and am inspired on a daily basis. I discovered DonorsChoose and am looking for ways to provide my students with the tools they need to be successful! Your donation will truly make a difference in the lives of these special kiddos!

My Project

This project will provide them with quality learning opportunities and give them the opportunity to practice letters, word families, and blends and digraphs. I recently noticed that students at the games were practicing skills incorrectly, which can develop difficult to correct habits.

The Osmo kits will is a great way to provide remediation in core skills and hands on learning.

The learning games will allow students to interact with actual hand held pieces bringing a child's game pieces and actions to life. The Osmo kits come equipped with Tangram pieces, numbers tiles, words tiles, stackable storage for each game & 5 game apps: numbers, Tangram, words, Newton, and masterpiece.
