My students need 4 Neorok stools to use for flexible seating in my classroom.
This project expired on November 9, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
"Enthusiasm is the mother of effort, and without it nothing great was ever achieved." Be enthusiastic. Try hard. Do your best, and you will achieve greatness. (Ralph Waldo Emerson) Students should have this enthusiasm to learn and have confidence in themselves, but we need help with needed supplies.
My students are appreciative, engaged, and truly excited about learning.
We live in the Arkansas Delta and we are a Title I school (meaning low socio economic). They come to school full of curiosity and willingness to learn and are faced with daily worries most students never feel until adulthood; with that being said, they are excited about learning and love coming to school.
Students will be using flexible seating to create a personable learning environment and continue to work in cooperative learning groups. I have an amazing group of students who enjoy working collaboratively and in groups. They are outspoken, hardworking, and willing to improve their academics. I give my students the opportunity to work in groups and they truly benefit from flexible seating. By allowing my students to choose their seating, they are more motivated, focused, and engaged during instruction and independent work. Their freedom of choice allows my students to become more responsible and learn to use their time more effectively. I love providing my students the opportunity to roam and find comfortable spaces where they are able to work effectively and efficiently. The Neorok stools I am requesting will allow them the opportunity to expand their flexible seating options and will allow my students to feel more comfortable and engaged.
