My Project

This project builds on my last by seeking some basic materials that are needed to make our classroom a Truly Magical place to learn and grow. As most school districts are feeling the crunch from the National teacher shortage, I am finding that I, as a teacher am being stretched to do more and more with less available resources and time. The time that I spend outside of the classroom trying to prepare lessons means that I need to have some resources at home because there is so little available time at school to get things done. Similarly, the resources at school are slime to non-existent. So, the items that I am requesting will help me prepare lessons in advance that are both colorful and engaging. The Cricut iron press in my cart is one of the last items that I will need to help students to bring their ideas to fruition from by last project. Having these items will help me to help my students (most of whom have special needs/learning disabilities) develop the social and language skills that they so desperately need.
