Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Kinder Babies are creative, fun, playful, smart, curious, and wanting to learn. They are 5-6 and missing their Teacher, classroom, friends, Specials, and routines.
My students are resilient and have adapted to this new distance learning!
Many of my students are stepping up to this online learning challenge, and they now have a new normal. They have been troupers and I am so proud of each and every one of them.
My Project
During these difficult and uncharted times, I would love to give my students a small gift. They are 5-6 years old. One day, they just didn't come back to school...their safe place. I miss them terribly and want to give them something special.
With the Piggy Bank Painting Sets, my students will be able to create their own Piggy Bank and have a keepsake from our time in Kindergarten.
I can't wait to make their individual personalized Key Chains they will be able to carry proudly on their backpacks.
My amazing kids need a break from all of this craziness. They are just kids. They are learning through a computer with their teacher on the other side. They deserve a special "Thank You".
