Our team has a phenomenal idea on how solve the problem of human trafficking in Atlanta area by applying STEM. We want to use the technology component in STEM to create an app , which will send out your location to safe areas Ex: Library, police stations and more when you feel threatened . In addition, we need a 3D printer to create a protoype of safeware for teens. We want to print safeware examples like jewelry, toys, glasses, hats etc. that will have a built in tracking device. This will help teens in emergency situations to alert parents or law enforcement. This will help teens that can't access the app quick enough.

Our goals are to accomplish the following: 1. Help those who are at risk of facing a human trafficking situation. 2. Prevent teens feeling fear in their own communities. 3. We want to end human trafficking in Atlanta.
Help me create a prototype to save lives in our community. It starts with us being active!
We will use our product to educate our community on the issue of human trafficking in Atlanta. We plan to promote our efforts in our class, school, and community organizations and to inform others of the severity of this issue. This has been a silent issue for too long, we plan to use our platform to educate and inform.
The creation of this app and tracking device could change the history of Atlanta. Atlanta is one of the top cities known for human trafficking due to our large international airport . As of June 2017, the NHTHRC reported Georgia had received 398 calls and of those calls 150 of them were reported human trafficking cases. This is someone's child, friend, or student. We plan to change the narrative of human trafficking in
