My Students

My third-graders are intelligent, curious, hard-working, and energetic students. They are always asking great thought-provoking questions and searching for new answers. My students love to use technology, and their engagement and passion grow with digital learning. The class is always asking to use new types of technology, and they get so excited when they are able to explore new apps and programs. Our school is located in a small, rural town with a supportive and involved community that we are lucky to have.

My Project

My students love to use technology and are eager to learn and create when they are given the opportunity to use technology in the classroom. I want to help nurture and grow my students' love of learning by adding iPads to their classroom centers. This will help my students learn skills from all subject areas by allowing them to explore new apps and programs digitally, such as Epic Books, SeeSaw, Osmo, and many more programs. Using the iPads in a classroom center will allow them to think critically about topics happening in our world and engage in 21st Century Learning.
