My students need Bee-Bot the programmable robot, Legos, magnetic building blocks, and K'NEX to explore engineering and the creative process.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach at a Title I school in North Miami where most of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are faced with many challenges, both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges, I have an amazing class of 25 kindergarten students, who are eager to learn and explore.
My students are creative, curious, motivated, full of energy, and deserve to have access to all the materials necessary to be successful.
My goal is to ensure that my students have all the tools that they need in order to be successful in school.
My student need Bee-Bot the programmable robot, Legos, and building materials to help develop logical thinking. They need to be able to develop their psychomotricity through construction to become better problem solvers in the future. My students will use the Bee-Bot robots to learn about robotics and begin learning about the programming language.
Young children learn through active exploration.
My students need hands-on experiences that will allow them to discover their interest and develop and test theories in everyday situations. My students will learn the importance of ordering instruction as they work collaboratively and have fun. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of my students.
