My Students

I now teach and coach at a high school that has 9th - 12th-grade students. I am the assistant volleyball and assistant basketball coach. I have learned in the past year that these are some of the most amazing, diverse, energetic students I have ever been around.

We girls' in a small rural area where if we want something, teachers and coaches usually have to go buy it.

This makes it hard for us because we would love to be able to buy lots of extra things to help them be successful, but we settle for just the basics.

My Project

Our girls basketball team works hard, yet struggles in some areas. We need hard-core stats to help us help our girls.

The Wilson X Connected Basketballs will completely change how our players train and how we coach.

With the technology now available with these high-tech basketballs, we can give immediate feedback on shooting percentage and range from places all over the floor. It will also help us work on the form by tracking free throw makes and misses and simulate real game-time situations. It even simulates buzzer beaters, crowd noises, clock countdowns, horns, and even virtual opponents. This newest technology could completely change our game!
