My Students

My students put forth a lot of effort. They desire to be challenged and enthusiastically enjoy learning about new science and history topics. Science class is a lot of fun for these students, and hands on activities make the lessons even more fun and interesting.

So far this school year, we have studied meteorology and geology.

Later in the year, we will spend a month learning about electric circuits from simple circuits to short circuits to electromagnets. This hands-on unit requires a lot of materials for students.

My Project

Every school year, we have an exciting unit centered around electricity. The materials for the unit are costly, and many small items are needed for each circuit to be made and to work properly. This project asks for outside help in furnishing funds for student materials.

Our electricity unit can be expensive for the teachers and school.

We would love some items to cut the costs.

Circuits require batteries, light bulbs, wire, battery holders, light bulb holders. These small items often break, and some have to be replaced year after year.

In order to help defray school costs, our electricity unit could use some outside donors.
