My Students

My students love learning about Science by touching it. My students have hands on learning for each unit that we teach. They learn so much more when using the actual materials. I have taught for over 25 years and the classes will talk about the fun things they learn for years to come.

Science is not a dull subject but one they can experience and have fun with it.

The students this year have loved and remembered the activities we do and will ask when we will be going the next experiments.

Getting students to understand learning can be fun is the biggest and most important part of our job as teachers.

My Project

Teaching electricity in Science class is difficult. Supplies can include wire, light bulbs, batteries, pliers, and on and on. The Snaps! Circuit kits will provide everything needed to complete these activities in one kit. All the components snap together to help make the electric connections. Students will be able to switch on lights, make sounds, make helicopters fly as well as 97 more experiments.

The kits will be for the four 8th grade Physical Science teachers to use in their classes.

Each class will have the opportunity to use them, providing around 500 students with practical (and fun) experience of electricity activities. Please help these classes to have even more fun in Science with the hands-on learning of Snap! Circuits.
